1. Scope
Quoted KRW amounts on this site describe typical interface engagements and are not checkout prices. Refunds apply to invoiced professional fees governed by a signed statement of work.
2. Cooling-off (14 days)
Business buyers in Korea may cancel within fourteen days after contract signature if work has not materially started and no custom assets were delivered.
3. Full vs partial refunds
Full refunds follow unused prepaid retainers when we terminate for convenience. Partial refunds match incomplete milestones only if deliverables fail agreed acceptance criteria documented in writing.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party licenses you approve, travel already incurred, rush fees after kickoff, and completed workshops are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Process
Email refunds@nodeshiftflow.digital with invoice number, dates, and concise reason. We acknowledge within five business days.
6. Timing and method
Approved refunds return to the original bank route within fourteen business days where banking rules allow.
7. Consumer rights (KR)
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions or Fair Trade Commission guidance for digital services. Escalations may go to Korea Consumer Agency channels.
