General Terms

1. Agreement
By accessing nodeshiftflow.digital you agree to these General Terms with Nodeshiftflow (“we”, “us”). If you disagree, discontinue use. Services are described on this site are professional engagements scoped by separate statements of work.
2. Korean governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts of Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules in your locale say otherwise.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate requirements, timely approvals, test data approvals, and lawful instructions. You secure credentials for integrations you ask us to touch and notify us of security incidents affecting shared systems.
4. Intellectual property
You keep pre-existing IP. Deliverables defined in a contract transfer as stated there. Absent a contract, we license project-specific UI artifacts for your internal operations use without redistribution of our source templates.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties protect non-public information for thirty-six months unless a contract states differently. Aggregated learnings may inspire patterns that do not identify you.
6. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, our aggregate liability arising from informational materials on this site is limited to KRW 500,000 unless a written contract provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination and suspension
We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal obligation. You may stop using the site anytime. Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect.
8. Changes
We update these terms with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes for active clients will also appear in project channels where applicable. Continued use after posting means you accept reasonable updates.
